Being a student of The Makeup School’s Long Term Makeup for the Aspiring Artist Program was the best decision I have ever made for my career as a professional makeup artist. 

The concepts of makeup art and design, business and marketing practices, photography for the makeup artist, and kit building were taught to me as a brand new artist in the program, and are still relevant to me today as a seasoned artist with over 8 years of experience under my belt. The small group setting and emphasis on live feedback from my instructor Sarah were essential to learning and retaining invaluable information that just can’t be gained from watching a couple of online videos! 

Even after the program commenced, I received continuing education and mentorship as an intern through the school, and went on to became a Master Makeup Artist, operations manager, and Long Term Makeup for the Aspiring Artist Program instructor myself. Though I am now a freelance artist working full-time under my own brand, I still receive continued support and love from The Makeup School community that only enhances my career further.
